Garware Polyester Limited is the only company in the world with a fully vertically integrated plant to manufacture Garware Suncontrol films. We make everything in-house - right from DMT (petrochemical) - Polyester chip - Polyester film - dyeing - metlazing to the final laminated product.

Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities, manned by a workforce of 1,500, are located at Aurangabad (Waluj, Chikalthana) and Nashik in Maharashtra, India.

Apart from the DMT and PET chip facilities, we have four Bo PET film lines at two locations (in Aurangabad, Maharashtra) that manufacture films in the 10 - 350 microns range, and have a capacity of 42,000 TPA. There are lines for super-clear films, one-side gravure coating, corona treatment etc. We use the latest equipment from Dornier-Germany, Siemens, Buhler, Measurex-USA, Max Control System-USA, Slitter Kampf-Germany and others.

All our manufacturing sites follow a ‘Zero Accident–Zero Incident’ Policy, to ensure the highest standards of safety and health.
