We pay close attention to quality at every stage of the production process with the help of state-of-the-art quality control instruments.

Our quality control facilities helps us to bring out the best products to meet the most exacting requirements of our consumers. The quality control department has equipments like Particle Size Analyzer, Gas Chromatograph, Differential Scanning Calorimeter (DSC), Fourier Transform-Infra Red Spectrophotometer, Xenon Weatherometer, UV-vis -NIR Spectrophotometer etc.

The center also has the facility to analyze samples through Volumetric and Gravimetric methods.

R & D

Research and development is a key focus area at Garware. As a company, we are continuously investing in research to improve our existing products and develop new products that meet evolving customer needs.

Our R&D facilities are recognized by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India, for their quality and track record. Our R&D center was instrumental in developing the process of dyeing Polyester film in India. We have patented this process internationally.

Our R&D activities are carried out in Aurangabad , Waluj and Nashik. Our major achievements in polyester film include Solar Control films with polyester base, matte, opaque, super clear polyester films with pre-treatment, both online and off-line. Garware Polyester Limited uses Nano technology for making high-performance product.
